Simon House’s Emergency Shelter has been an anchor in the community since 1985. We provide an emergency shelter for women and children, and a co-ed emergency shelter. The women’s shelter is for adult women who are pregnant or have children. The co-ed emergency shelter serves anyone over age 18. Families come to our Shelter and Agency from Franklin and surrounding Central Kentucky counties including Anderson, Owen, Fayette, Henry, Scott, Shelby, and Woodford. The emergency shelters endeavor to assist residents in procuring stable permanent housing. All clients are provided targeted housing case management services.
